Clean, spacious rooms. Close to the scenic park. Decent breakfast. Great staff- Raphael and Lenora were helpful, great at front desk.

This hotel has very poor service. In fact to call it a service is a disgrace to the word. The rooms are spacious but lack amenities. Not even tea making facilities or complementary water! The breakfast is very good though and one staff Veronica in particular is very professional and friendly.

We checked in on the day where the power outage happened and the hotel was out of electricity as well. Guests were all stuck in lobby because it was the only place with lights and power. Hotel staff were busy handling ad hoc requests from guests, helping out to charge our devices one by one, to which I was very thankful. Room wise, it was definitely one of those old rooms with basic hardware. We borrowed an electric kettle from hotel. The other amenities included a hairdryer, an old TV and a mini-fridge that was not cold at all. Hotel wifi was stable. Room air-conditioning was, however, completely useless and definitely needs attention. We woke up few times at night because it was just too hot and the weather was actually way cooler outside than the room. We had to open the window and breathe in some cool air, but that also made the room super noisy and full of flying insects. Gym is available for hotel guests and it looked quite nice with the equipments.
