Eurostars Madrid Congress

The hotel is in a good location, near the airport and has shoppings centers around, as restaurants and other facilities. The rooms are good, but need some repairs. The personnel at the front desk and breakfast reception are kindness and efficient. But at the breakfast salon, we had a bad time with an employee who probably didn't like his job and was making a lot of noise. And when we complained about, he was very ironic on his response. This was unpleasant, because our complaint was very polite.

We stayed at 4 other cheaper hotels throughout our 10 days in Spain, and decided to splurge a little extra for our last night in Madrid before the airport in the morning. The check in process was fairly smooth, and it is 25 minutes walking distance to a massive mall with restaurants! After coming back to the hotel from dinner the wifi was not working - and continued not working for our entire stay. We were unable to check into our flight, or get any of our flight information together. It was a huge inconvenience to not have wifi all day/night and not have any cell service as we’re not from this country. The room was EXTREMELY cold. We had turned off the A/C and we still FROZE throughout the night… we continually woke up and had a horrible sleep throughout the night. We also were not offered any compensation or even an apology for the wifi issue that caused us a huge stress. Over all - the surface of the place looks clean/fancy, but I would probably just stay somewhere else next time. We stayed at a different one of the companies other hotels (Crisol Hotel Guadalupe in Granada, and it was fantastic so not sure what’s going on with this location)

Pretty good location near the airport. Room's were very clean. Good room service. Very child friendly.
