Eurostars Marivent

Very close to the beach, a little steep on the way back but is necessary after the amazing breakfast they serve! The pool was a perfect temperature, the bar served really nice food and drinks. We didn’t even request a sea view but we could still sea it from our room

We are a family of three and we’re only in town for 2 nights. The staff was really wonderful and the beach is a short walk so very convenient. I thought the hotel charged way too much but it was nice not outstanding. We had some issues w WiFi etc that were unusual and the staff was really wonderful in trying to resolve. The manager, Angela, is especially great w people and packed us a lovely breakfast for our early flight. Good stay, great staff, but not good value for the money. We stayed at 6 hotels on this trip in Spain and I do pricing for a living - should have been 3/4 the price. But def would return because of amazing staff.

I have enjoyed staying in a Eurostars hotel in the past, so I was looking forward to staying at the Marivent. I have to say my experience was not as good as before (in Córdoba). The price is right, our room was very comfortable, and although we were a few kilometers from Palma center, the bus stop was only a couple of blocks away. Shower and mattress were very good, although I think all showers should have a grab bar and ours did not. The hotel bar is not open in the off season, so breakfast and the room fridge are pretty much the only food/drink available on the property. There are some nice restaurants at the bottom of the hill. I thought breakfast was a reasonable value, although there was a bit less variety than I expected. When the dining room is busy it is too noisy for normal conversation. I also wish hotel guests would not cough all over the buffet -- get there early! The property is not luxurious or fancy, but it's perfectly adequate. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It's located halfway up a steep hill, so this is your chance to work those glutes.
