The hotel is centrally located, so expect some outside noise at night. The beds are very firm, which may not suit everyone. The room is spotlessly clean, though the air conditioning is quite weak. Toiletries provided include shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and hand and body cream. A kettle is available in the room, but no English breakfast tea is provided. The 24-hour front desk offers luggage storage and can arrange airport taxis for early flights. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options and fresh fruit. There is a rooftop terrace with great views of the castle, but the bar is unfortunately closed.

Hotel itself is fine, comfy rooms and location. And everything would be ok, if they hadn’t stolen money from my bank account.. The evening after our check out after arriving home I saw that hotel charged me extra money! ( I didn’t use any extra services or mini bar) That was not big amount but such gesture demonstrated their low credibility…unfortunately.

Let me start with the advantages of this hotel, which is also the only advantage. It is in a good location and is convenient to go anywhere. Then there are the disadvantages. I stayed here for three nights, and I didn't sleep well for a single night. The soundproofing of the hotel can be said to be extremely poor. Every night at one or two o'clock, I could hear other guests returning to their rooms in the corridor. The hotel has almost no internet. You heard it right, there is no wifi. It is hard to connect to it for ten minutes, but it will be disconnected immediately. It is outrageous, and the internet speed is also extremely slow. Then there are the cleaning staff here. They will definitely knock on the door of our room at 9 o'clock every morning. My wife and I were already kept awake all night by the noise. In the morning, the cleaning staff will come to disturb us, and they have already said that they don't need to clean, but she still keeps knocking on the door. It is really outrageous. In addition, the hotel elevator should be broken. Whether going upstairs or downstairs, it is very unstable, so I don't dare to take the elevator these days. Overall, the experience is very bad. If the full score is 10, I will give it a maximum of three points. I don't recommend you to stay here.
