I cannot recommend Eurostars Monte Tauro highly enough—it was an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The front desk team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and both the restaurant and bar staff delivered impeccable hospitality. The buffet breakfast was truly a highlight—the best we had in all of Italy, with an impressive selection of delicious dishes that left us energized for the day. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just 100 meters from the old town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring charming restaurants, boutique shopping, and cultural attractions. Valet parking added an extra level of ease to our stay, taking any stress out of arriving and departing. Our room was outstanding. Perched on the cliff side, it featured a stunning terrace with breathtaking views of the ocean. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches, like a TV with English news channels and a Nespresso machine for that perfect morning coffee. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can't wait to return. Eurostars Monte Tauro is a gem that combines luxury, convenience, and remarkable service. Five stars all the way!

PROs it is on the edge of town, built into a cliff, looking out to the sea. The view is stunning. The location is quiet. The pool is big, beautiful and clean. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection, lots of fresh fruit. 90% of the staff were really very friendly and helpful. I loved the brutalist architecture, but I realize it is not for everyone. CONs the room was very very small. I paid for a double (i.e. two beds) and the room had two twin beds pushed together and just enough room to walk around them, not enough room to push them apart. There was a small table and chair at the end of the room. Management lied to me, saying that the singles my other friends were in, which were the same size or larger, were a free upgrade, and that is why they are paying 100 euros less per night. We looked at our booking receipts, and we had the same class of room, there was no upgrade. We looked at the floor plans posted on every floor of the hotel, and this was the smallest room in the building. I hate being lied to. I don’t know why they had to squish two people into a single room, but they did. And we paid over 100 Euros more per night, for 7 nights, for the privilege. The other problem with the hotel is that it is at the bottom of a steep hill. Some of the taxis won’t drive down, they make you walk up. Walking up and down the hill got tiresome after the first couple of days. I wish I could post the video.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It is definitely not worth the cost at all. was small, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was promised. It didn’t fit the number of guests, and the view was awful, not what was advertised at all. Many services didn’t work including the Wi-Fi and the overall quality was far below a 4-star standard. There was also no privacy, with thin walls and an average balcony fitting two rooms. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend. There are far better options near the center.
