Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Only comments, the rooms are quite dated but are clean & function well. Also if you opt to use their parking, please be aware of how tight it is. My vehicle is quite low so scraped getting in & out of the access ramp too. Also the lift is amazingly slow so either use the stairs or factor in up to a 5 minute wait at busy times. On the whole though, nice hotel & would stay again

Very beautiful and luxurious hotel in a beautiful location in the city. When we arrived there with our family, our room, which was for three people, was only prepared for two people, but after informing the reception they quickly gave us the services. Overall, the staff is very kind and the environment is lovely, but it is better for couples.

The hotel is very good, we had a triple room and it was very spacious, soundproof and well-maintained air-conditioning. The beds were comfortable, our kid had a pullout bed and slept very well without complaints. The mini bar was well stocked with drinks and snacks. Spacious office to do last minute work and wifi had very good speed. Buffet breakfast with very good variety. From scrambled eggs, tortilla de patata, cold-cut meats, fruits, cereal, cakes, muffins, etc etc etc. Next time we have business in Brussels we would love to stay there again.
