Eurostars Monumental

Our stay at Hotel Eurostars Monumental was absolutely priceless. The accommodations had a touch of class, the staff was wonderful and so welcoming, and our room was so comfortable. It felt like home, except with such a fabulous view out our window there in Barcelona! The breakfast buffet was definitely a food experience and allowed us to try so many new Spanish foods. Although breakfast was an extra charge, we enjoyed every bit of it. There was one particular staff member who treated us with such care and we felt like she was almost family - her name was Daniella. What a precious young lady she is!

Stayed at this so-called 4-star Barcelona hotel, but it’s 3-star at best. Poorly maintained, room desperately needs upgrades. Floor wasn’t properly cleaned or ready for new guests. Overpriced for the subpar quality and lackluster experience. Disappointing for what they charge.

Fantastic view of the Sagrada de Familia, In my room I came across - no cold water, shower faucet damaged The wallpapers on the wall are peeling off everywhere TV mounted on the wall, waiting to fall, mounted very disproportionately For this class of hotel, there is no equipment in the room, such as an iron or Striker No hygienic accessories, comb, toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers No gym or sauna Airco works but is poorly efficient. There are no bad smells in the room The minibar is really mini, with prices typical of restaurants. Reception speak good English, reception look decent. Breakfast 15€ p.p. looks normal, however not much for offer . With price € 300 p.p. night, without cancellation option, you will expect more.
