Incredible hotel. Wonderful breakfast, large clean rooms, and friendly helpful staff. The restaurant has a good dinner as well. From the hotel we walked to Mein winery and Adegas Valdavia S.L.. The pool is lovely and the grounds are as well. Lots of space to park.

Absolutely incredible and magical place. Perfect to live life in the slow lane. This old monastery exudes a unique feeling of peace and tranquility in Spain’s quiet northwest corner. Away from mass tourism it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable with a good bed. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant was unfortunately closed when we stayed here but the receptionist brought us a bottle of wine and some tapas which we enjoyed while seated under the columns of the magnificent building. Highly recommended!

We were there for one night as the stop of our honeymoon trip. They upgraded our king-size room to a suite and gave a bottlw of champagne to celebrate. The room is clean and everything needed is there. The dining experience at their restaurant is fabulous. The food is remarkable. We ordered the squid with caramelized, bean soup, baby Lamb, Bacalao, and the Uva dessert.
