The hotel is tired in places and could do with a bit of a facelift. It’s also quite far from the centre of Toledo. Despite this, the staff were friendly and facilities lovely. Room was comfortable and AC worked well.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it did not live up to the standards expected of a 5-star property—especially at a rate of 330 euros per night. The rooms were uncomfortably hot during my stay, and despite raising the issue, no room change or compensation was offered. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this was an ongoing issue for at least a couple of weeks. For a luxury hotel, this is simply unacceptable. Other 5-star establishments typically have on-site technicians who resolve mechanical issues promptly—yet here, the problem was still unresolved a week later. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent, but those are baseline expectations—not luxuries. A 5-star hotel should make guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Sadly, this stay fell short in that regard. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until these issues are properly addressed. The experience did not match the price point or the reputation.

Receptionists suck, rude and mean, we told them that the entire wedding party had issues with their room AC didn't even give us special treatment or invited us to anything complimentary, mind you it was so hot in the room we couldn't be in it. We were celebrating our wedding and they didn't give us anything even though we brought a lot of business for them. And then I got word that my aunt got promoted to the presidential suite because they overbooked the hotel and didn't give us the groom and bride that room. I would never recommend this hotel, the service was awful the head office was rude. Don't trust them. If I'm not mistaken the rudest one was Ana. Replying to me with attitude this hotel shouldn't be more than a 3 star hotel, the rooms are not even that nice.
