Very good stay. We loved the hotel and the city. Super breakfast. 10 minutes walk to the centre

It is a hotel in a rather interesting architecturally significant building, although it is beginning to show some signs of deterioration. Once inside, the rooms are spacious and airy, with a modern style. The bathroom is enormous. However, there is a noticeable lack of maintenance in some aspects, such as a non-functional hairdryer and issues with the shower faucet where the water does not drain properly. During the nights, there was a noise resembling a water pump that continuously sounded, and while it was not extremely loud, it was somewhat bothersome. The breakfast was quite extensive, to be honest. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was acceptable. The service from the waitress was very good and attentive. The parking is very convenient, although it comes at a cost. While the hotel is not located right in the city center, it is only a few meters away. The overall value for the price is very good.

This is a fairly bare-bones hotel. It is not located in Oviedo city center, making it very challenging to be a tourist. The restaurants nearby were closed at odd hours. The small bar had very few meal options. Now, I get that I'm an American tourist in Spain, but I ordered a "mixed grilled sandwich", which turned out to be triple layer grilled cheese and ham sandwich that had been squished together. No flavor. No business center. The gym and spa was closed.
