Lovely hotel, very clean, the brilliant staff (reception & housekeeping) were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Location fantastic for high quality local restaurants and bars immediately on the doorstep (we also found it very easy to explore the whole city, almost exclusively on foot, from this hotel). Prior to coming here we read a couple of reviews on Google where people hadn’t been 100% happy, however for us we found zero faults or issues, our stay here was flawless, genuinely a fantastic hotel, it was an absolute pleasure staying here.

All in all an average hotel. Service tries its best, but doesn’t speak very good English. Staff is very friendly and wishes were implemented immediately! Condition of the rooms is rather poor but the beds are comfortable and it has everything you need. The sauna has no light in it and there is no drinking water next to it, which is a must have if you are serious about using the sauna. Breakfast was average but it came with several types of milk wich is extraordinary for a hotel. (lactose free, soy, normal) Edit: They called me after my stay if I could rise my review on booking for no reason…

Great location and otherwise decent, but hot room / poor air conditioning (and screaming other guests with the windows open) ruined it. If you have trouble sleeping in heat do not risk staying here in the summer! The good: Clean room, very nice shower/bathroom, nice lobby, staff helpful with leaving bags and such. The bad: Stayed here partly because it was hot out and AC was advertised. “Air conditioning” was sadly in name only. The thermostat temp was fixed and just controls fan speed - which of course would be fine if it blew cold air. But it blew lukewarm air, and we eventually realized it was doing more harm than good. So we opened a window… but between 1am-2am there were guests partying and literally shouting and screaming in either the lobby or some sort of balcony in the central courtyard (which the staff definitely would have heard). So what could have been a nice stay became a night having to choose between overheating vs screaming in the middle of the night. Definitely not a 4 star experience.
