Eurostars Royal Tanau

We had an amazing stay, just steps away from the ski lift at 1700. The friendly and dedicated staff made everything effortless, from arranging transportation to local restaurants to serving cava at the end of a great day on the slopes. The spa and renovated bathrooms were a wonderful addition, adding to our relaxation. After staying at Eira last year, we found their current prices exorbitant in comparison. Our experience here has been fantastic, and we still have a couple of days left to enjoy. On a constructive note, while the breakfast could be improved slightly, and the room furnishings could use a refresh, these are minor points in an otherwise outstanding experience. We will definitely be returning.

Best location if you want to ski in Baqueira or nearby (1 min walking to the chairlift Esquirós); excellent staff (paying attention to the last detail, included the transfer to restaurant at night) , awesome room and amazing breakfast. 10/10 ;)

The worst meal I have ever had. Raw chicken. Raw pizza base. Raw burger. The bread was not baked. They had no pasta dishes available. The patatas bravas were not cooked properly. Main meals arrive at different times. There were five of us and we all complained. How this restaurant/hotel maintain a five star record I do not know. We felt like we were living an episode of Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares. €250 and it was horrible. Money down the drain.
