It was overall a very good experience. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are luxury bathrooms. One advantage is that it has a supermarket two blocks away. The location is far from everything. The pool is not working. It takes like 20 minutes to get to the heart of Madrid by Uber, the neighborhood where the hotel is. It is also 15-20 minutes away from the airport. However it is very quiet and nice. And the staff was respectful. The one suggestion I would make for the hotel is to decorate better the rooms because the rooms are spacious but, they can use some flowers to make it a little more amenable. Overall a 4 star experience.
Very nice and friendly staff, especially Sara, Clean room, nice view to the mountain, everything was fine, except the pillow, I did not feel comfortable with it. The hotel smells very nice I like it. Big lobby. Delicius detox water in the lobby. Thank you to the staff.
One of the worst 5 star hotels that i have ever seen. I am still staying in it while this comments is written because i have already paid advance for the total stay of 10 day. Reception NEVER answers the phone from room even though i complained and complained. Zero action being taken and I am still suffering. The elevator to the parking does not work and i have to use the stairs every time. I am leaving in nightmare with my wife and kids and the holiday started with this terrible hotel. I will advise any person who read this comment to think 100 times before deciding to book in the hotel. Its not even a 1 star from my perspective.
