Eurostars Universal Lisboa

We've had the pleasure of working with Eurostars Universal Lisboa for several professional gatherings, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The staff makes all the difference — Ana, Catarina, Márcia, and the rest of the team are incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and always welcoming. Their dedication makes organizing events here a real pleasure. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, with spacious rooms and great views. The location is also ideal — easily accessible from the airport and within walking distance of great restaurants and the riverfront. This is a venue we return to with confidence. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

Wonderful stay at this upscale Eurostars hotel in May 2025! My appreciation goes to reception staff member named Aline whose personalized and genuine attention to guests, exemplary customer service skills and impeccable English language skills are outstanding. I look forward to returning to this hotel on my next trip to Portugal. The hotel is located in a beautiful modern area right by the water and a five-minute walk from a large shopping mall, a full-size supermarket and several restaurants. There are numerous 24-hour public transportation options to Central Lisbon and the airport. The rooms are large, modern and very clean, with great water views. Breakfast is quite nice and includes hot options, cold cuts, fruit and sweets. Definitely recommend.

A very nice hotel with a convenient location, close to the airport and surrounded by many restaurants. Check-in and check-out are quick and smooth. The room was modern and clean with a very comfortable bed, though not particularly spacious. Soundproofing could be improved, as it's possible to hear the nearby train. Breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of options. On the 15th floor, there's a small fitness room and sauna, and the 16th floor features a rooftop swimming pool and terrace with a small bar, great for relaxing after a day in the city. From my experience and comparing with five-star hotels in other countries, I would personally rate this hotel as a very good four-star rather than a five. Enjoy 😎🧘🧘‍♀️🏝️
