Good hotel for the price. There was only one chair and limited extras in the room (like connections for phone chargers and free breakfast). The staff was highly attentive and addressed our questions immediately. Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator was in the room and water and espresso was available for free in the lobby. Wonderful location for easy access to transportation within the financial district. I would stay again due to value and location and friendliness of staff.
For 5 women, the room was so spacious.... rooms & bathroom were clean. AC was COLD and felt so good after walking around Manhattan in July. Location was convenient....a 10 minute walk from subway. Bed was clean & comfy. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is a bit older and not the most modern, but the experience was still very pleasant. The bearded gentleman at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. I accidentally lost the umbrella the hotel had provided, and they kindly told me not to worry about it – which I really appreciated! Everything was clean, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. Thank you!
