Eurostars Winter Haven

My friend and I stayed here for one night after a cruise. The check in process was smooth, we were able to check in early. The hotel resort fee included beach towels and beach chairs access, which was incredibly convenient to have. There are many beach access points along the trail nearby. The location of this hotel really is great - so many restaurants in walking distance. There's definitely a European flair to things nearby, which is fun. Front desk staff were great, and the hotel even helped to hold our bags while we spent a bit more time chasing sunburns on the beach ahead of a late night flight home. The room itself was comfortable and clean. There were some spots that could use a bit of attention (peeling paint at the base of the bathroom door, slow draining sink, toilet handle that is probably going to have the interior plastic piece break somewhat soon judging by the way it rotated) but overall I was happy with the room and recognize that some of those details can be very difficult to keep up on. The beds were comfortable. Street noise was evident during the day, but at least with a low level white noise app it wasn't bothersome for sleeping. The TV has several apps built in, so we were able to log into Netflix and watch a few shows before falling asleep. I would gladly stay here again.

Nice place, in front of Miami Beach. Walking distance to good restarunts and bars. The bar and restaurant are really nice and has a great staff. The barmen Aldair and Franco were great entertainers at the bar. Drinks great and always fun. The rooms were nice, clean and smelling good with Coffee maker and good coffee. Bottles of water too.

The service at the hotel was extremely poor. Even just trying to get a simple drink took at least 40 minutes—eventually, my husband had to go get it himself. There were plenty of staff around, but everyone seemed to mind their own business and ignore the guests. Overall, I was very disappointed with the hotel, especially in terms of service and organization. Nothing about it felt like the high standard you’d expect, especially not from an “American-style” hotel. Definitely not worth the money.
