Glad to have stayed here ! A few of the other hotels close by were recommended and having seen them for myself, I'm happy with my choice :) The service was excellent from every department. The room was excellent, super clean, well kept, not as old and dingey as some of the other nearby hotels. Being able to controle the AC was really appreciated as well. Not something that's often easy to do. Downsides : The pillows were a little meagre and the buiness centre was not great either. One of the elevators was broken and housekeeping used the remining elevalor often during the day making accessing my room difficult at times. Breakfast : NA, didn't have it.
I recently stayed at Hotel Eurostars Rosa Suites and overall, it was a comfortable experience. The room was spacious, with a separate living area and a fridge — great for a short stay. Hygiene was well maintained, which I really appreciated. The room felt a bit outdated, but it was clean and functional, so that wasn’t a problem. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great if you enjoy having restaurants and bars nearby. However, reaching the old town on foot takes about 45 to 60 minutes. I’d recommend using Uber for that — it worked well for us. Something important to know: the hotel is located next to a busy street and right by a bar that plays loud music from Thursday to Sunday until around 4 to 6 a.m. Even though I stayed on the 9th floor, the music sounded like it was playing right in the room. Unfortunately, the hotel can’t do much about it — I suspect the entire neighborhood deals with the noise. All in all, it’s a pleasant hotel with good facilities and friendly service, but if you’re sensitive to noise or looking for a quiet place, this is definitely something to consider.
If you want a decent rest at night, I recommend staying far away from Zona Rosa…this hotel is right above several nightclubs and the music did not stop until 5am each morning. Loud Boom Boom Boom all night long! Horrible! The hotel itself is a little old, but the rooms and staff were good. Only one working elevator. Aside from its loud and active-at-all-times location, the hotel itself is fine. Just we couldn’t sleep at all!
