The resort hosted a spectacular company party for our group and I could not brag about it more. The location and scenery were beautiful surrounded by vineyard hills. The building was gorgeous and the staff was more than helpful. The lodging was more than expected consisting of a townhome with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms,a kitchen, and living room. Between the pool, bolling alley, and bars there was never a dull moment. Highly suggested!
I was in business trip and it's one of the best place.4 stars for Rooms were not sound proof but the concept i like the most. Staff and service were good. Food was delicious. And swimming pool and Sona was at its best.
We stayed there for 3 weeks for work, left early in the morning and got back early evening. The staff was kind and opened the restaurant for us earlier than normal, breakfast was plenty and varied. Internet access was terrible, wifi is useless even at full strenght and 90% of the times got stuck in a looking for IP address loop - we reported the issue 5 times throughout the first week and it always got "fixed" for a few hours at best. Ultimately bought a cable (there are ports on the wall in bedrooms) and used my laptop as a hotspot but had to ask separately for this port to work too, otherwise never connects and had to ask twice more in the later weeks as it kept dying, unable to reconnect. Every day after work it was a half our struggle to get internet or just give up, half of these 3 weeks. Strangely, it worked no problem when more guests arrived in our area. Room cleaning was random, had to ask for first cleaning after a week, then we got one again automatically 2 days later...? There is no microwave in the kitchen, and had to buy a sponge and cleaner for the dishes too. Unfortuntely I lost my keys and I expected to pay a fine for that around 30-40 euros (it's just to copy a key!) but 95 euro was absolutely brutal, and to be honest once you drop over 6000+ euros for 3 guys to stay for 3 weeks off-season I was hoping for a bit more tolerance there. The surrounding area around the village is pretty. All the staff I met spoke english which is always nice. The bathroom is very nice, the shower is wide and comfortable, however there is no system to get rid of the smell after toilet use, and no net on the window to keep bugs out so I was catching bugs the next morning. The air conditioner of the bedrooms and livingroom randomly started on 16 Celsius often, I was sitting outside to read my book with the AC off and went back in to freezing cold after 2 hours, once it started sometime in the night and I woke up frozen and ill with cold. Overall the place is very pretty but I don't think we had a day pass without some weird frustration with basic needs after 10 hour work.
