Nice hotel in the middle of the town. Rooms has everyday cleaning service. The sky lounge is beautiful just like the spa in another building. I am confused that almost every sign in the spa and hotel is only in german.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are very nice, the food is excellent and the staff is great and very attentive and helpful. It is a bit pricey, but you can use the Eurotherme and the hotel spa the whole time during your stay without additional payment, which is great.

There is a lot of good things to say about this hotel, and one really annoying. The room are spacious with good amenities and a wonderful view. The food is great both for breakfast, snack and dinner. The roof top lounge is magnificent, lying in the infinity pool's warm water, with the head above in the cold, clear mountain air and enjoying the view. Then in the panoramic sauna, followed by a free drink of juice and some snack nuts - wonderful luxurious. However, for a foreigner it is very hard to figure out where to go and what is allowed, because all signage is ONLY in German - everything written, even the hotel's intranet. On a computer you can right click and translate, but in a Spa hotel where you don't have the cell phone with you, it is really really annoying. How hard can it be to make the signs bilingual? To be fair the staff spoke fine English, but still...
