Great hotel. Nice experience. Front desk great job. Rooms are clean and in the good shape. Rooms and public areas are well designed. Food is very impressive. Good job restaurant. There are activities for kids and special meals in the restaurant. Vegetarian options are well presented. It has been a great vacation. Please improve internet connection across the rooms and public areas. Internet is slow and in many areas is not available. In the room 402 there was not signal. Also it's time to ban smoking in the public areas. Very annoying. Like everywhere in Austria.

Very well equipped Hotel and Spa, lovely stay. Food was great, except on dinner time food was generally too salty! 4 stars not because of food, but because room had bad odor that wouldn't go away after airing all day and there was no fan in toilet!! Loved tea room and all Spa rooms also, very lovely. Will come again in future and hopefully see progress with bedrooms. Staff was nice and polite, specially bar personas and a lady who was maintaining tea room cleanliness :) 5 stars for their service. All together wonderful experience.

Modern, clean and quiet on the hotel side of the resort. Crowded on the public side but a lot of looks and saunas to enjoy. Signage in all German. Nude areas for adults. Enjoyed our two night stay.
