Eva Park Life & Spa

Very new place, modern and in a very good location but with no access and no driveway for cars. Very smooth check in and friendly staff. THe beds are not comfortable - difficult to get a decent sleep if you are 6' or more. There was no coffee in the room - only black tea and sugar.

In general, everything is not so bad, but there are issues with the service. 1. we booked a room, but we couldn’t get into the pool for 2 hours due to the fact that there were a lot of people there who were not guests of this complex. 2. the woman at the reception said that the restaurant is open until 10 pm, but when we got there at 9:30, it turned out that they were no longer cooking anything and you could only order drinks. 3. there was a party in the next room and I called the reception and asked someone to come up to the neighbors and ask them to be quiet. The employee helped with this problem only after I asked for help twice This is certainly not the best experience you expect to get from a spa complex.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Eva Park Life in Warsaw. The service was terrible and communication was completely lacking. I lost an earring in the bed and tried to contact the hotel multiple times — by phone and through social media — but never received any response. Overall, a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Would not recommend.
