Just back from here this morning, I was a little sceptical after reading some of the reviews BUT i can honestly say this is the best all inclusive hotel I have ever stayed at the food was outstanding as was the entertainment and all the staff but essentially Pepe from the pool bar (what a character) we did get an upgrade to the suites which was a bonus as they are amazing. We will 100% be returning x
We stayed here over may bank holiday for a girly weekend. Rooms perfectly fine pool area lovely, all inclusive food plenty of choice and tasty. The hotel itself lacks atmosphere. We felt like we were missing something no entertainment in the evening or even background music. Was full of kids doing a sports event. The restaurants did confuse me as we could only use the one all inclusive dining. Usually you pay a supplement to use the others. There was also a dance festival which seemed well catered for. I feel in general that the staff weren't very informative about what was going on. I would say that the season has started but it didn't feel like it for us. We almost felt like we were intruding.
While the location and the hotel itself was delightful, don’t mind me when I say that the hotel “cleaners” really cleaned out my room. I’d leave snacks in my room and other little clothing items and when I’d come back after a long day, they were gone. I thought I was going absolutely mad but no, they were just thiefs. And if you thought that was bad, they also stuffed my clothing items in the bidet. This is clearly a result of poor employee treatment and poor pay, but if they think that they’re going to receive better pay behaving like this? They’ve got another thing coming. My friend decided to do a little test, she left €1 on her hotel bed and as we predicted, when we got back it was gone. And as for the food, it’s like they were trying to kill us with salt. Literally high cholesterol on a plate. When the holiday was booked the hotel was rated 5 stars, it’s now 4.2 stars and I’m most definitely not surprised
