Absolutely loved the holiday great staff great food only downfall is that for some reason we can’t seem to book a holiday as a 4 as my daughter has turned 13 it doesn’t seem to allow holidays, but if you change the age to 12 years of age it allows it. we’ve tried everything to try rebook for may 2025 but to no avail gutted isn’t the word. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking at booking a stay their.
Don’t let reviews put you off. The hotel is super clean and we’ve had a super lovely time. Went with 2 children 7/2. The pool is lovely and has a great kids one and water slides for older ones. so many sunbeds etc regardless of time you can get one. Although if you want one by the pool like most places in the world you have to get up early 🤣. It’s right on the beach, it’s more shingles but soft to walk on and we had fun finding shells. We decided to upgrade to a suite as I had read reviews on the rooms and it was so spacious with 2 balconies definitely worth the money. Regards to all inclusive there are 2 levels. We just had the basic one but found the options during the day were fab, we had a choice of ice creams, such as magnums/twisters/ice lolly’s bags of crisps slushies milkshakes all included so great for the kids. Burgers/hot dogs by the pool etc. not much to do in local area but for a bit of sun and beach/pool fun it was great.
Absolute shambles of a hotel, nothing going on for kids, spider man from temu dancing for about 20 mins at 9pm then it's like a morge full of old people dancing. Nothing around the area what so ever. Rooms are tiny with door handles falling off. Food is basic to say the least, u have to book at restaurants which we never got told and got told to leave ever after one of the staff took out drinks order didnt even let us have our drinks. Construction works going on with power drills going full ham at 15:30 by the pool area while everyone is trying to chill. Never again will I stay here it's horrendous. Only good thing is the pool is a massive other than that it's a 2☆ at most.
