We were 3 sisters staying for 3 nights in a superior family room which was a reasonable size and very clean. We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant, polite and helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent with a good choice for both breakfast and dinner. Very attentive staff. Two of our three nights it was very busy at dinner but we had been advised of this. On a couple occasions we had to request towels, tea, milk because room was only made up for 2 guests instead of 3. This was quickly put right with a quick call to reception. This was our first time at the Everglades and a very enjoyable experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay with you. The Room, breakfast & dinner deal was good. The food was excellent, all the staff were friendly and helpful. A nice, discreet, pleasant service. We will definitely come back. Many thanks, John and family

I did not stay at the venue but attended solely for the Sunday carvery, which had been highly recommended by many. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of expectations. I would not recommend to anyone nor would I return. We attended as a party of 5. The selection was limited and underwhelming, with several hygiene concerns noted — including dirty dishes, tea-stained cups, and lipstick marks on glasses. The ice cream appeared to have suds, suggesting it may have been served in a bowl that wasn’t properly rinsed. Service during dinner felt rushed. While the staff were polite and did their best, they seemed inexperienced. Something as simple as a diluted juice took between 20–35 minutes to arrive. At £30 per person, plus a discretionary tip, we expected a much higher standard. While we're happy to pay for quality, this was a disappointing experience from start to finish. It was also quiet and the last sitting of the day!
