Very clean and nice hotel for a pre-cruise stay. Great staff and so helpful for a traveler not familiar with the area. Close (10 minutes) to the market. Highly recommended.
NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL. FALSE ADVERTISING! This Hotel claims to be 5 star. We pulled up and the bellman watched us take our bags out of the car. After I grabbed the baggage cart one of the managers finally took the hint and realized something was wrong. 6 employees were standing behind the desk found nothing. For the amount this place costs you can get a much nicer hotel. Nothing about this hotel is 5 star. Maybe 4 stars. The bathtub is stained. My head is an inch from the ceiling. Cheap plastic bath curtain slides? I've never stayed in even a 4 star hotel with a shower curtain. Ghetto!
The doorman didn’t help to carry the suitcases, and the people were pretty rude at lobby. They were chit chatting and ignore us when there was zero customer in the reception. The toilet bidet wasn’t working either. The hotel is highly not recommended. Look somewhere else if you may.
