Been coming here for 10 years with my parents! The rooms are spacious with customized extra large beds and private bathhouse with real hotspring. The amenities are amazing with wonderful staff. Highly recommend!
May 5, (Monday), 2025 We got a day off in this morning (de 5/5), and enjoyed the swimming pool on the fifth Fl. of “Evergreen Phoenix Hotel.” Btw, we also enjoyed a nice Brunch and finally finished our Luncheon (Buffet) at 13:00 p.m. Bravo Services of Waiters y Waitresses, and the cozy, relaxing and nice environment of the Spa Area and the swimming pool (too)! Nice service and I like the activities that they have designed for families with kids. You don’t need to go out, just stay in the hotel and have fun. The buffet was good too.( better than Westin Tashee) Being very generous, they let you use the facilities after checkout the next day! Suggestion: the kids playroom can be setup with more toys…. Now it was quite empty.
