My stay at Everline Resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The resort strikes a perfect balance between luxury and comfort, offering everything from cozy rooms with scenic views to world-class amenities. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Lake Tahoe and surrounded by hiking trails, golf, and seasonal activities. Even when the lifts weren’t running, the staff offered great suggestions for how to enjoy the mountain. The on-site dining was top-notch, and the spa provided a relaxing retreat after long days outdoors. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a family trip, or a peaceful solo retreat, Everline delivers a memorable experience. We can't wait to come back!
Decent hotel. I did not like the fact that to get to the rooms, you have to go outside of the lobby into the open air in the cold. The rooms were a nice size. It's very difficult to get a hold of the front desk via room phone. I had to call sometimes 2 or 3 times until someone answered. The staff themselves were very friendly. Not crazy about the in house eateries. Asked for maintenence to fix something, but they never came.
Location is great and very beautiful. But it is over priced with bad customer service. I have membership with Marriott and Hilton and used Hyatt first time. I was very disappointed with service. Front desk staff are very cold and not friendly. All staff are more like that they do not enjoy their jobs here. Front desk staff does not give out any information about resort when checking in. They don’t know much about resort services either. They told us house keeping services are every 3rd day but it is daily upon request. They don’t seem to honor any privileges of Hyatt members either. Any service with restaurants have many hidden charges and very different than what they advertised. They advertise only discounts but no hidden charges. You have to pay also tips on top of those charges. I was here for the conference for 5 days but I will never stay here again. There are many cheaper places with better service around. I like the location but not this resort. this resort is overrated in my opinion. After 5 days stay, I don’t feel anything good about the resort. The room was very small with worst view. Nothing was given free but charges for money. Any activity was more expensive than other places. We have to wait for check in even though we were on right check in time. They request to check out on time even my conference ends on 11:10 am. They want us to check out in time 11am. They seem to put all the customers with baby on same floor and I hear baby cries every night.
