🌟 Excellent Experience! The hotel was absolutely wonderful in every aspect — clean, quiet, and perfectly located. The stay was very comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the view was beautiful. A special thanks to [ Dorji ], who was incredibly helpful, always smiling, and assisted us with everything in a professional and kind manner. He truly made our experience smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommended — and I’ll definitely come back again! 🙏✨
Dear Everness Hotel & Resort Team, We recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some important feedback about our experience. We truly appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the warm reception from your staff—especially Sarah at the reception , who was one of the highlights of our stay. However, we were quite disappointed by the complete lack of halal food options on the restaurant menu. Given the hotel’s isolated location and the absence of nearby restaurants or food delivery services, this caused a significant inconvenience for us. What added to our frustration was that the restaurant manager made no effort to assist or offer any suitable alternatives when we raised our concerns. It is commonly known that many hotels, when faced with similar dietary concerns from guests, are usually willing to prepare a suitable dish from the kitchen upon request. This is the kind of flexibility we had expected from a hotel of your standard—but unfortunately, it was not the case. We were hoping for a more understanding and accommodating approach, particularly from a hotel of such reputation. We sincerely hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests, especially those with specific dietary needs.
Checking in is at 4pm but you only get to your room at 5:30pm! Delayed one hour and a half due to the cleaners still cleaning! Then to find when you eventually get in your room and get a shower there’s dirty sanitary products left under the bathroom unit. This is disgustingly unhygienic. I then go to reception to complain about the issue, they apologise and question if I’ve moved it. IF IVE MOVED IT! Absolutely not. The cleaner then comes up one who’s must of attempted to clean the room prior and another cleaner. The woman who previously cleaned room was in shock and the other woman was apologetic. I’m happy they came up and moved it but it shouldn’t have been missed it’s not what you pay for! The service is below arrange for the price you pay.
