We had a spa day with a massage and dinner here. Everything was perfect! The lady at the reception welcomed us so nicely, showed us everything, the spa and pool area were very nice and above all clean, it wasn't too crowded either. The massage was great. The dinner was above expectations, the food was so delicious and the staff was really friendly and helpful! We would love to come back again!
Greatly appreciated the coziness and warmth of this place! Rooms are perfectly clean and the people very welcoming, as much as the owners themselves. The food is excellent with different Austrian local dishes every day.
Everything was great, except for the co-owner of the hotel, who was rude and impolite towards me. When my husband arrived, he immediately switched his tone and became super nice again. I noticed this behaviour with other female guests too. Sad that this happens in such a lovely place.
