Hotel categorization is 4, but realistically it's a 3.** The staff is generally kind and very helpful, but I can't say the same for the housekeeping. They change the towels only if you insist, the room is cleaned once every 7 days, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all during that time. For a 4* hotel, the service should be much better. There is no wardrobe, just one shelf, and the bathroom has neither a window nor ventilation.

⚠️ Theft from locked room, no security, zero accountability. Stay away from this hotel. We stayed at Evita Elite Hotel (Room 113) in July 2025, and had valuables stolen directly from inside a locked suitcase in our locked room. There is no safe in the room, and no security cameras anywhere on the property. We returned one evening to find our suitcase disturbed and items displaced, but assumed the cleaning staff had simply moved things around, until checkout day, when we realized multiple valuable items had been stolen, including things hidden deep in a bag in our luggage, while more visible items of value were strangely left untouched. This clearly points to someone intentionally rummaging through our bags, not a random theft. There was no sign of forced entry, and we are absolutely certain the room was locked (photo of the outside of the door they are claiming was broken into attached). The only logical explanation is that someone with access to room keys entered and stole from us. When we reported this, the receptionist (Irene) said “our cleaning staff doesn’t go through bags.” She then mentioned a previous break-in just last month to Room 112 via the balcony, where the intruder allegedly was caught inside the room by a guest and yet still, no cameras have been installed. Is this true- we don’t know? Even worse, later that day we spoke to another family being relocated from Evita Bay Hotel to Evita Elite after a large sum of cash was stolen from their room. This is clearly a recurring problem, not an isolated incident. We filed a police report immediately, and have since emailed hotel management twice with full details and evidence. As of July 30, 2025, we have received no reply, no acknowledgment, and absolutely no accountability from the hotel. This was not just a disappointing experience it was a violation of our safety and trust. The hotel’s refusal to take responsibility or improve basic security measures is disgraceful. If you value your belongings, safety, and peace of mind, avoid this hotel at all costs.

Me and my fiancé stayed there this summer. While out for dinner our valuable belongings were stolen. Lo and behold rooms had no safe, hotel had no cameras. Seems like an inside job to me. Staff were completely useless. No help, no apology just a whole load of nothing. Emailed management several times yet still no reply. DO NOT STAY
