Evoikos beach & resort

Awesome place, great food, quality Greek hosts who make vacationing here beautiful. Livanates is a small, sleepy, cozy, comfortable, beautiful place to relax. I love it and I've never stopped coming, this place is one of my favorites to stay, A+.

Very nice and clean pension. Good view at see side from the room. Very nice and kind owners. Very silence and relaxing place. 10 meters far from beach or see. Good option to come with family. Good breakfast and greek coffee :).

Firstly, you're not allowed to choose the temperature of the A/C, the owner has stated that it must stay at 27° Celsius on cool mode. Secondly, the room which hosts 3 people is really small and the single bed is right next to the double. I personally find this kind of uncomfortable and I believe I'm not the only one. Thirdly, the bathroom is really really small. If you're a person who shaves your legs and private parts, it's practically impossible to do it in the shower. If you're slightly obese you won't fit in the shower. The toilet sits lower than my knee and the sink is at almost waist level (I'm 174cm and lean for context). The photos here are slightly misleading, since my whole family was disappointed upon arrival. The garden is beautiful and full of greenery. But the beach up front and basically the surrounding area of the hotel is run down. On the bright side the whole place, inside-out, is clean. There is loads of parking space. However it is not accessible by wheelchair. In the garden you'll find a fig tree. The fruit are delicious. It's really quiet and perfect for a family vacation. But I believe that it's not worth the money since Livanates doesn't offer many things to do. Also it should be mentioned that it is no longer a restaurant, which means that the title is misleading as well.
