One of the best experiences me and my daughter and her friend had. The customer service at each and every point, at food location, buggy’s, reception, massage, and all the places we visited at this resort was amazing and excellent. Each restaurant made sure we try local food and also made to our demand. I will remember this vacation experience for ever and come back . Thanks to all staff to make my trip memorable

One of the best vacations our family had. Great property and enchanting experience of nature. The service quality of staff and hospitality is completely a high. Never seen such self-driven, passionate and committed staff. This is not one but eveyone and it speaks of the culture they have built. Also every staff is empowered to create a positive impact on the guest. Worth every rupee right from rooms to food to hospitality to property. Strongly recommend and you will not be disappointed. My family wants to take this opportunity to whole heartedly recognize and place on record our appreciation for Jaseela, Honey, Vino, Puttuswamy, Naannaiah, Sanjay, Manjula, Vinod. Puttuswamy went with great passion to cook special dishes in Plantain Leaf restaurant on my daughter's Birthday. Jaseela was all through tracking and doing more than expected at every step. We learnt a lot about nature and culture through Honey. The 4x4 trip that we took was an experience in itself.

I recently stayed at Evolve Back, Coorg, and it was an experience worth remembering. The property is stunningly beautiful, set amidst lush greenery that immediately makes you feel calm and connected to nature. The entire setting is serene, luxurious, and designed in a way that allows you to completely unwind. The service is what truly stood out. Right from the smooth check-in to the attentive hospitality throughout, the staff made us feel at home. A special mention to Justin and Sinachana, who went above and beyond to ensure that every little detail was taken care of with warmth and courtesy. Their personal touch added to the overall charm of the stay. There are, however, two areas where improvement is possible. A few of the older furniture pieces had a faint smell, something typical of aged wood, which could be better addressed. Additionally, while the food was very good in terms of quality and freshness, the taste can certainly be enhanced further. Overall, Evolve Back, Coorg, is a beautiful retreat with exceptional hospitality, and with a few small improvements, it has the potential to be flawless.
