Excellence Punta Cana Adults Only All Inclusive

My wife and I had and awesome 7 days at Excellence PC. The resort was beautiful, but the best part by far was the staff. Prelude was our go-to bar for poolside drinks. Marcial and his team did an amazing job throughout the day keeping our glasses full and showing us a good time. Agua Dominicana con limón is the only thing I drank all week, and they kept getting better and better. We’re headed home for a few days, but we’ll be back as soon as possible! Maybe Monday. We also loved the Martini Bar near the lobby. The espresso martinis were crazy good and we went back every single night. I’ve got a long list of people that made our stay incredible… Daniel aka Chocolat, Jose aka Mr. Blade, Ezekiel, Ramon, Luis, Ignacio, Marcial, Ronny, Nicolas, Alejandra, Deiby, Josesito, Michael, and so many more. The coffee shop was fantastic as well, Yordania and Virginia hooked us up every day! We had an awesome time and we’ll be back real soon. 10/10. On our way out of the resort, Yoser was fantastic, helping us check out and find our ride!

All in all a very nice resort. It is laid out well and is not to far of a walk to get anywhere on the grounds. Erica at the SOL bar was exceptional with our drinks pool side each day we were there. She was right at your side just as your finishing your drink ready to fill it for the next round. Spectacular views anywhere on the grounds and great nightlife with very interesting entertainment each night. All in all quite enjoyable and would recommend the place to anyone coming to the DR

We recently stayed at the Excellence Punta Cana and had a mix of positive and disappointing experiences. First, the staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The room was also great, spacious, clean, and comfortable (a little old but well maintained) The highlight of our trip was definitely the spa, which was truly AMAZING and highly recommended if you’re visiting. It’s worth every penny. Unfortunately, the room service was extremely slow, and when the food did arrive, it was often cold. The dinner restaurants were generally underwhelming—Chez Isabel was the only one that was just okay, but still not impressive. Overall, the food at the resort was very average to poor, which was quite disappointing given the price point of the stay. Drinks were decent, but nothing special. For the cost, we expected a much higher quality dining experience. If they could improve the food and service speed, this resort would be much closer to matching its luxury branding. Additionally, if looking to swim on the ocean is very tricky due to high tide/waves and full of algae
