I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Antonio during my stay at Excellence Resort, and he was truly outstanding! From the moment we met him, he went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and warm, always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was recommending the best dishes, making sure our drinks were always full, or simply checking in with a genuine smile, Antonio made our experience unforgettable. His dedication, kindness, and attention to detail elevated our trip and made us feel so well taken care of. Excellence Resort is lucky to have someone like Antonio on their team—he is a true example of world-class service. We are so grateful for everything he did to make our stay special, and we will definitely be back, hoping to see him again!

Came here recently with my wife for our anniversary and loved it! The food and drinks were great and the entire staff were super helpful and friendly. Only downside would be the beach, it has a great beach area but unfortunately the seaweed has turned it brown so it’s not blue and vibrant like in some photos. If you’re into tennis and want to get some exercise in the morning, doing the tennis clinic with Alexis is a great way to get the day started! He was friendly, knowledgeable and overall a great instructor. He made sure everyone got pointers and improved their game while still having fun. Highly recommend checking out his clinics (even if you’re a complete beginner, he’s super welcoming!). Whatever he’s making, the resort should pay him more because of how great of an asset he is to the resort!

We just had the best week ever! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious every single day, with so many amazing and flavorful options. The activities were incredible — there was never a dull moment, and we loved being able to try new things while also relaxing in such a beautiful setting. A special shout-out to Angelo and Diana for the gorgeous bracelets that will forever remind us of this trip — and for creating such a warm, welcoming space where we made the best of friends. And to Mark for the amazing exercise sessions — both the biking and water exercise classes were so much fun!! Their enthusiasm and kindness made such a big impact on our stay. We can’t say enough good things about this resort. Everything from the staff to the food to the atmosphere made it truly unforgettable. We are already dreaming about our next visit!!!
