Excelsior Hong Kong Hotel

excellent hotel which is ideally situated for shopping and eating areas. The rooms are spotless and roomy. The tea and coffee facility is welcome first thing in the morning. What was really surprising was the provision of a mobile phone which allowed us to maintain contact with friends and relation, at no extra cost. We found this to be of great assistance during our stay. Staff were also very helpful in every way possible.

Great hotel location, room and service is decent. Rooms were redecorated recently, use to be 80's vibe. Bedroom decor with old stone and wood is all gone with cleaned up furniture. Toilet remains old. The carpet floor might not be the best for people's with allergies. Curtain rail is nice detail to keep the room dark. The hotel is super close to public transport and a plethora of shops/restaurants. Recommend this hotel for the convenience.

Reasonable hotel, surprisingly good mattress. Bathroom was clean but could use some updating. The view at the terrace is very nice. Staff is attentive and courteous, I only wished the dude standing outside handling the taxis would change his shirt more often. The distinctive reek of unwashed and reused clothes was offensive.
