This is a lovely hotel at a great location. The staff were friendly and cheerful. I would recommend this place to my friends. I would have liked to have had the option of having recliners to relax on rather than just sunbeds around the pool area. Nevertheless you will have a wonderful holiday here.
The staff was amazing, very friendly and supportive. The location was wonderful, in one min you can be in the town. Exceptional breakfast was offered every day. It’s a perfect mixture of luxury and comfort service. Whether you’re looking for a romantic place , a family vacation, or simply a place to unwind, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The walls of the room were not equipped well . So you can easily hear your neighbors. The bathroom should be renovated , the bathtub was very old.
While the location is perfect to explore Taormina, the rooms of the hotel are super basic and not much love goes into it. The pool and garden areas are nice, but overall the staff is unfriendly and not helpful. I would never stay there again and the behaviour of the hotel's Director was super inappropriate.
