Excelsior Palace Portofino Coast

We had a recent 4 night stay in May at Excelsior Palace and could not fault a single thing. From start to finish, all staff including the receptionists, porters, cleaning and restaurant staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and highly accommodating. The breakfasts were excellent and fresh every morning. The hotel was lovely and clean and the location is excellent. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and I would definitely revisit it in the future. Thank you to all for a wonderful experience.

What an absolute gem of a hotel! We sadly only booked to stay here one night on our way down to Puglia however wow. I’m so glad we did!! We were travelling with our Labrador dog, who was treated like Royalty from the moment we arrived! The staff were unbelievable, everyone was so genuinely friendly and kind, and gave our dog treats at the desk! The room was dated but had everything you needed, and was very clean. As an unexpected bonus we were upgraded to a full sea view room which was huge and really old-world charm. Check out was at 12pm which was amazing for us only staying one night. Parking was directly in front of the hotel, and it was easy to find. The best part for us was going for a drink before dinner and the barman bringing our dog his own massive water bowl and mini pizzas cooked especially for him without us asking anything! Everything about our stay was great and we would definitely return and recommend! Thank you to all the staff it was a super stay.
