EXchange Hotel Vancouver

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting and had an amazing time! Staff were very friendly and the whole stay was comfortable. Location wise this hotel is perfect if you want to be in the middle of everything. The mall and Canada place were no longer than a 10 min walk and was close to many shuttle spots if you were going to Grouse Mountain or the Capilano suspension bridge. There are also quite a few cafes and restaurants in the area that are good for breakfast/lunch/dinner. The room was ready for early check in and checking in was very simple. We stayed in a deluxe king which was very spacious and well planned out. The bathroom was also pretty big and had lots of counter space. The shower was easy to use and also very spacious. What I particularly liked about this hotel was the room had service buttons that you could press if you needed your room to be tidied up/towels changed while you were out. I didn’t get a chance to order room service but the menu did look good. The rooms were also very quiet, we didn’t hear anyone in the hallways or any elevators opening. We also didn’t hear anyone next door which was good. Overall this hotel is an excellent choice if you’re planning on visiting Vancouver. The price is just right if you’re on a budget and provides amazing service. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience: from the moment we arrived, the room was decorated with a gift and a note welcoming us and congratulating us on our wedding. It was such a nice gesture that meant a lot and set off our stay on a high note. We stayed on the Dividend floor, which had a lounge offering snacks, coffee, tea, and wine. It was open for most of the day, which was convenient when returning to the hotel to rest between events. The hotel itself looks beautiful, modern and clean, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. It radiates luxury and serves as a nice refuge from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is ideal as well, within walking distance to most spots in the downtown core. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers, all conveniently located and easily accessible on foot. We're so glad that we chose this hotel for our Vancouver trip and will definitely recommend it to others!

The service and attentiveness to our comfort was beyond what I expected. Very accommodating. A fantastic restaurant. No need to go anywhere else. My only disappointment was our room was too close to another building which had many offices facing our room . Felt like we were like in a fishbowl. Had to keep curtains down. Otherwise the room was comfortable, up to date in technology and the staff go way out of their way to help.
