Service was good, all the staff were friendly. We stayed in a 2 bed room with 3 little ones and we had a lot of closet space and good drawer space for all our stuff( 5days/4nights). The room itself was not as big as some other hotels but for the price it was understandable, although I wouldn’t have minded a little table to eat on. There was an armchair but it was super low and couldn’t even reach the counter. The pool area is nice and enjoyable in any weather because it’s covered and the water is kept warm because of the hot tub. Didn’t get to try the restaurant food but looking at the prices just know it’s USD comparable restaurant prices. If on a budget it’s better going around the block to the many authentic Mexican stands and restaurants. We tried 2 great restaurants across the street which were Sumo and Casa de los Abuelos with small kids both 5 stars. The hotels location is primarily why I booked here and so glad I did. We were able to walk to local transportation so it was easy getting around CDMX. Hidalgo MetroBus Station was a 5 minute walk and so was Revolución MetroTrain Station. The Alameda Central was about a 5 minute walk. Conveniently, there’s an Oxxo across the street. Also a pharmacy around the corner. Two extra things I didn’t know about this hotel that I liked were the fact that they offer their own reliable taxi services on the spot and that they exchange USD into MXN on the spot for a flat fee for those emergencies cases. They also have armed security cops at the doors for extra added security. One thing I didn’t like about the hotel was when I had a guest over. She and a child weren’t able to go up to the room and were stopped by the police guards. I had to register her and pay in order for her to visit me. But overall I would stay in this hotel if in the city once again.

Overall very good. Easy to get to the Metro and Metrobus and there are shops and cafes nearby. Some sex workers behind the hotel but no bother. Staff were very helpful and one of the porters booked us onto a day trip to the pyramids. Room is clean, good size and the shower is decent. Useful bits and pieces - safe in room, filtered water dispenser, hairdryer. Breakfast buffet good including omelette, frijoles and fresh fruit. The pool on level 7 is a nice place to relax in the evening, popular with families and you can sit there with a drink. Also a gym on level 11. Minor negatives - coffee in the room isn't great (room service is better), no USB sockets, possibly heard a mouse in the wall but didn't see it.

Staff are amazing, so friendly and so helpful. Hotel was so clean and well managed. The food was average and unfortunately the location did not seem the best.
