Exe Boston

Our family had booked another hotel but within hours we realized the location was not good.. we immediately called Boston exe because friends were staying there. Octavio was so helpful in getting us a room , he went above and beyond.

Good reception area, restaurant, room, bed and air-con. Great room lighting control. My room safe was locked shut and the bath taps were impossible to control. Happily the helpful staff were able to change my room. Fake scrambled eggs and orange juice for breakfast was a big disappointment, especially when other breakfast components, such as tortilla and yogurts, were excellent.

We booked a 'superior' room, the room itself is not that bad. However, one of the taps for showering was completely broken, after using 5 minutes to turn it on, it could not be closed, we tried calling the reception many times, but they did not pick up once. One of us went down to the reception to ask for help, where there is only ONE receptionist, but he, who was a man with black glasses was reluctant and took about 25 minutes to come up. When he finally came in and forcefully shut the shower, we were told it is 'partly broken', but there was no other 'superior' room, so we could not change our rooms. He then rudely asserted that it was not his duty to care for these things as he is 'only the receptionist', after some more conversation that was going nowhere, he rudely slammed our door and left. We tried to get more help but he was nowhere to be seen! Location is good, some food nearby. Breakfast of the hotel is decent with a large number of choices.
