Exe Hotel Colón

We booked this hotel and arrived earlier than planned, feeling a bit frustrated since my luggage hadn’t arrived at the airport. The receptionist was extremely gracious, immediately recognizing our situation and kindly arranged for an early check-in, which helped ease the stress. The room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, leaving us with no complaints. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit everyone’s taste. The hotel's staff went above and beyond with their kindness and professionalism, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. Without a doubt, I would happily return for another stay.

Horrible hotel. Don't waste your money. They tried putting my cousin and I in a tiny room with two beds that looked nothing like the pictures. They also tried to charge me the extra 21% non resident tax because I was paying with a credit card from the US event hough I showed them my DNI and have an Argentina address and my cousin also lives in Argentina. After I complained about the room they changed us into a suite that I had reserved. Old hotel that's not worth the hassle ir the money.

The only thing great about this hotel is the location. The air conditioner doesn't work, first I thought this was just a one-time event, but reading the comments, it has been broken for months, and they don't tell you about it until you arrive, yes, they offer you to cancel the reservation, but arriving from an international flight, there is no way I can start looking for another hotel just like that.
