Rooms were ok, but the bathrooms need attention, the shower doors leaked, so water was seeping out. Helpful staff. No kettle or iron in rooms, but we were able to get hot water from the restaurant in the morning. Location is a little out of the way, but we knew that.
The hotel is inside the stadium so we had trouble finding it at first, the old guy working at the desk wasn’t welcoming at all, we booked through booking and paid the full amount and still when arriving at the hotel they took our Visa card for guarantee, we asked for an iron because the room had nothing in it not even water and guess what ! They took 10 euros for guarantee that we would hand it back !!!! If you don’t trust your residents, don’t put your rooms available for bookings! Total waste of money.
The reception was good, but the breakfast service was disappointing. The server was rude and provided terrible service. The continental breakfast was average, and the orange juice dispenser was empty, with no effort to refill it. The server even asked us to leave at 10:00 AM, despite breakfast ending at 10:30 AM. The location is inconvenient and remote, with nothing nearby. The only positive aspect was the free parking. Not recommended.
