It was a great experience, this hotel is worth staying there. The location is super, the service is excellent, all employees are very polite, welcoming and ready to help with any issue. I especially want to note the work Nicole and Abraham from reception desk ,I was greeted very warmly, for the first time I encountered such incredible care for the guest. Special thanks Nicole for the full support from the usual question "where to watch a flamenco show" to sending me to the airport. Special thanks for the help with the taxi, Barcelona traffic jams during rush hour are not a joke . I was in a hurry and intelligence and speed of reaction to the situation Nicole conquered my heart. Thanks to this, I got to the airport on time and my journey was stress-free. Breakfasts are excellent, that's enough. The hotel and rooms is very clean , excellent work of the cleaning department . The verdict is 10/10, keep it up. I recommend it 100% to everyone. I will enjoy staying at this hotel again.
Was very happy at this hotel the experience in cleansing this amazing the front desk people were amazing. They helped me every single day with everything I needed. My wife was a little bit on the cold side flu, and they went out of their way to give her honey and tea and lime to help her with your throat amazing stuff. The hotel is very clean very well centered in the city. If you’re looking for something close to everything, this is a place to be very well centered to everything We’ll stay here again and again
We spent four days at this hotel in October 2024. We booked a Superior Double Room, but it was much smaller than we expected. One thing I personally dislike in any hotel is glass doors in the bathroom, and unfortunately, this hotel had them. If that’s a concern for you, I recommend checking the room details before booking. The hotel itself is quiet, and its biggest advantage is its excellent central location, which made exploring the area very convenient. Breakfast was included in our stay, but we only ate there once and opted to have breakfast elsewhere for the rest of our stay. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly what we didn’t like—the dining room seemed to have all the basics you’d expect, but the food tasted quite bland, and the atmosphere in the dining area wasn’t pleasant for us. That said, I did enjoy the tasty vegetarian cookies and cupcakes they offered. Overall, it wasn’t a bad hotel, but despite its great location, I don’t plan to return. I’ll likely look for other options next time.
