Lovely hotel in a good setting. All the staff were helpful and friendly especially Ana in the bar. Just needs a little painting and maintenance to be perfect. Breakfast was ok but the hot items were not hot. Croissant was ok, a bit sweet
Far from Toledo, administration was a mess so they couldn't find our reservation. Nobody spoke English at the check-in so it was difficult to explain everything. Breakfast was fine. If something ran out they didn't replace it (like yoghurt). Rooms where clean and the cleaning staff was very kind. Nothing to do in the near proximity, especially on Sunday we had to travel far for groceries and dinner
What kind of four-star hotel can’t get Wi-Fi just because of the floor you’re on? Even reporting it to the front desk doesn’t help.
