The hotel itself is nice and the rooms big and adequate but the location is a little far from Madrid. Center . . You can take the 150 bus ( 10 min walk ) which takes you directly to the center . It’s the last stop for 1.5 euro but can tale from 25 to 55 minutes . There’s a parking and breakfast buffet for a cost but worth it .

Ok for business with a restaurant/ bar. During the day also the swimming pool with lifeguard is open. Massages only on request a day before and only on weekdays.

Stayed for 4 nights total. They refilled the drinking water in the room only once. One time i reached the hotel at night and found that they cleaned the room but did not refilled the drinking water or even the ones in the minibar, so i thought of calling the reception but couldnt find their number. I checked the directory which you can find after scanning the QR code in the keycard holder but the numbers there were not working. I was so thirsty and also needed to take medicine so i decided to come down to the reception and ask for a water but said they dont have it and i can only request that the following morning. Like, that was a very basic request and they could not even remedy! I needed to take my medicine but have no water! Also i found that the number at the reception is completely different to the ones they put in the directory.. bed sheets are worn out and torn. Very bad customer service bad location, bad hotel overall.
