Pros: The hotel is strategically located, and has clean and spacious rooms. Cons: The Wi-Fi connection in the rooms was unstable and for some reason, we kept being locked out of our rooms (our key cards needed to be re-programmed every day). The air conditioning system is also centrally regulated, which means that all of our nights were disrupted as the air conditioning system switched off automatically after two hours and it became too hot to sleep comfortably. Despite the availability of a kettle in the room, there were no replenishments of coffee/tea sachets. Most of the staff did their best to find solutions, however communicating across a language barrier did not help. For a four star-hotel, we expected better.

Exe Prisma Hotel showed zero empathy and even less professionalism. I had a legitimate medical emergency and submitted proof to Booking.com, who contacted the hotel on my behalf. The hotel ignored every single attempt to reach them, no reply, no explanation, nothing. Their response? Silence, followed by refusal to offer any refund or even acknowledge the medical case. No empathy, no flexibility, just a flat-out no. If you’re looking for a hotel that treats its guests like numbers and ignores real-life emergencies, this is it. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from any hospitality provider. If you value peace of mind or expect even the slightest courtesy in case of emergencies, do not book here. You’ll be treated like a booking ID, not a human.

We booked a family room for 2 nights during the weekend for my wife, me, and our 2 kids. The rooms were very expensive and we expected an equally decent service. Unfortunatel, the decent thing were absent : no shower cap, no nail file, no ear plugs, no hotel slippers, no vanity set. Nothing. Even they didn't bother to offer a bottle of water. Very ugly experience. The only positive thing was the size of the family room and the hotel location. I do not recommend this hotel.
