Not a super exclusive hotel but very comfortable and hotel is well situated in Huelva. Staff is very helpfull and service minded. Exelent breakfast and hotel has agreements with nearby places for dinner. Was there via work, but will gladely visit with family during a future vacation.

This is a modern hotel in the centre of Huelva, that has secure parking available to reserve for a fee few meters away and offers comfortable bed. The room is well decorated and has everything you should need including a minibar, however it is missing the price list, qr code provided is invalid. I found it difficult to sleep due to poor sound insulation, could hear everything happening in the corridor, slamming doors and also too much light entering the room around it, the room could do with an extra door or something else to provide additional sound and light insulation. Breakfast was not bad, but the bread was very dry and hard, should put it in some sealed containers to stay fresh. However the one thing I really did not appreciate were signs prohibiting people from taking anything away, I understand if people abuse it, but many people like me who eat very little, being told you are not allowed to take a piece of cake and some tea as later snack is really quite annoying especially as you pay same as people who eat a lot.

This is arguably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. As advertised on booking.com it shows that the hotel has a parking. I have booked this hotel specifically for that reason as to not have a hassle with the car. Upon receiving an email that the parking needs to be reserved I have called the hotel and they informed me that there is no parking, they do not have a parking and that I should simply drive around and find a parking. This is false advertisement from the hotel and should be removed from booking.com. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. In the end, I had to find my own parking. I have asked them on the phone to cancel the booking and they simply said; You need to contact booking.com, this is not our problem. I have booked the hotel initially for 100 euro including breakfast, upon paying it stated the price changed to 114 euro. No big deal, I paid it. To my surprise, I found out at the hotel that suddenly the breakfast was not included. A total scam! To add insult to injury, the hotel smells horrible and is masked by some parfum which is everywhere. The drainage you can smell in your room and on the hallways. It is not clean at all. Absolutely terrible experience and I would advice everyone to avoid this place at all cost.
