Exe Tres Cantos

Visited in August 2024 Parking Garage was clean and easy to get into. Elevator up to lobby. Fast Friendly service getting checked in. Room was clean, AC was cold, bed was comfortable, wifi was fast, tv was big and good channels, bathroom was big and clean. 10 out of 10! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Very nice four-star hotel with convenient transport connected to the centre of Madrid. It was clean and the room was comfortable. The reception was friendly, too. I'm picky about hotels but I didn't find any flaws in this one. The hotel is located right next to the train station of Tres Cantos. There is also a big supermarket next to it. Bars, restaurants, cafes, small shops are all within walking distance. Single journey ticket to Sol is €2.6. It takes less than 30min to go to the city centre. The town, Tres Cantos is quiet and clean. I didn't see many tourists. I assume it's very safe as I walked to the supermarket at 10pm and I only saw locals walking their dogs. Anyway, very lovely place for sightseeing in Madrid. The price is much more affordable than hotels of similar quality in the centre of Madrid. I'll definitely choose it again if I ever come back.

Rooms are decent but not really 4 star facilities. There is no kettle or coffee machines for example. Location is perfect, right next to train station to Madrid city. There are supermarkets and restaurants near by and in a safe area even at night. Reception staff was friendly but the room service team need to improve. There was no vaccum cleaning of the room even once during staying for 5 nights. Also there was so much dust in the room and on the table which are signs of improper cleaning.
