We had a fantastic time. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and tasty. We had an employee always checking on us. If we needed anything they made it happen. From our balcony you got a nice vista of the Plaza. Great experience in KC.
Wowza! Tracey at the pool bar is amazing! Genuinely so engaging and caring. She took care of not only our family- but all the others around the pool. Checking in, chatting and ensuring we had what we need. The world needs more people like Tracey ❤️ The actual room was spacious and gave us comfort. Our boys enjoyed the balcony. Overall, a great place to stay! Thanks!
Pros- the staff. We arrived at 1 am, Thursday July 17, obviously exhausted, and the gentleman at the front desk was lovely- wish I got his name to thank him for the warm welcome. Staff in the restaurant for breakfast on July 17 was also lovely Room- the room was clean and quite large. It was dark and quiet. Con - the only problem with this room was that the shower - tub combo was dated and didn’t drain well. For the price of this hotel, I want a great shower.
