Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan Toronto

Booked this hotel for work travel. Overall, the hotel was in a good downtown location, and was safe and clean. My room was very spacious, which came with a kitchenette, and even washer and dryer which were a bit dated but seemed functional (I didn't use them). Even though I didn't cook, the kitchenette was definitely nice to have as the utensils are right there if I ordered takeout and the restaurant missed a fork. Housekeeping was great and no frill - appreciated that they replenished water bottles every day and kept everything clean and organized. Front desk staff were very efficient and helpful as well. Overall, not a luxury hotel to any extent but they provided everything I needed for my business travel.

The staff were amazing, accommodating and friendly. The hotel was centrally located and in walking distance of great restaurants and event spaces. If I had one thing to provide feedback on it would be the cleanliness of the rooms - they could have a little more detail on cleanliness. Overall was a great stay and would recommend.

Great location. Rooms are like landlord special, poorly painted, strange furniture, nothing is bad but nothing is really very good? The construction outside is wildly loud and the rooms aren't particularly quiet. For a quick visit into the City where you're out, it's great. Otherwise, maybe keep looking.
